5D Tribe is a conscious social network built on unity, respect, and higher awareness. To keep this space safe, uplifting, and aligned with our mission, all members agree to the following Terms & Community Standards.

These terms apply to all profiles, posts, messages, groups, pages, events, and marketplace activity within the platform.

1. Core Principles

Unity & Respect — treat all members with dignity, compassion, and openness
Authenticity — be truthful in your identity, intentions, and interactions
High‑Frequency Conduct — contribute to a positive, conscious environment
Personal Responsibility — own your words, actions, and energy

These principles guide every interaction within 5D Tribe.

2. Allowed & Encouraged Content

Spiritual Growth — awakening, healing, meditation, intuition, consciousness
Creative Expression — art, music, writing, teachings, visions
Community Support — uplifting messages, guidance, shared wisdom
Educational Content — knowledge that helps others evolve
Marketplace Offerings — services, creations, and products aligned with 5D values

We encourage content that elevates, inspires, and expands awareness.

3. Prohibited Content

To protect the Tribe, the following are not allowed:

Hate Speech — attacks based on identity, belief, or background
Harassment — bullying, threats, intimidation, or targeted negativity
Explicit Content — sexual, graphic, or adult material
Violence — promotion, glorification, or depiction of harm
Scams or Fraud — misleading offers, impersonation, or deceptive practices
Spam — repetitive posting, mass messaging, or irrelevant promotions
Illegal Activity — anything violating Canadian law or international law

Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or account removal.

4. Privacy & Safety

Protect Personal Information — do not share private data without consent
Respect Boundaries — no unwanted messaging or intrusive behavior
Report Concerns — notify admins of harmful or suspicious activity
No Data Harvesting — scraping, collecting, or selling user data is forbidden

5. Marketplace Terms

Honest Listings — accurate descriptions, real photos, transparent pricing
No Counterfeit Goods — only authentic items and services
Respectful Transactions — fair communication and timely responses
No Medical Claims — avoid promising cures or guaranteed outcomes

The marketplace is for conscious exchange, not exploitation.

6. Messaging & Communication

Kind Communication — speak with clarity, compassion, and intention
No Unwanted Solicitation — do not mass‑message or pressure others
Consent‑Based Interaction — honor when someone declines or disengages

7. Content Ownership

You Own Your Content — your posts, art, and creations remain yours
License to Display — by posting, you allow 5D Tribe to display your content on the platform
No Unauthorized Use — do not steal, copy, or repost others’ work without permission

8. Enforcement

Warnings — for minor or first‑time violations
Temporary Restrictions — for repeated or harmful behavior
Account Removal — for severe or ongoing violations
Appeals — members may request review of decisions
