This Moderation Guide explains how moderators, admins, and support staff maintain the safety, integrity, and high‑frequency environment of the 5D Tribe platform.

Moderators are guardians of the space. Their role is not to police — but to protect, uplift, and guide.

Moderators must embody the core values of the Tribe:

3. What Moderators Should Remove Immediately

These are zero‑tolerance violations.

Moderators should approach these with care, not punishment.

Hold Neutrality — acting without bias, ego, or personal agenda
Speak with Integrity — communicating clearly, kindly, and honestly
Honor Privacy — safeguarding all personal and sacred information
Act with Compassion — remembering that every member is on a journey
Maintain the Frequency — ensuring the Tribe remains a space of peace and elevation
Serve the Community — placing the well‑being of the Tribe above personal preference

I accept this role not as authority, but as stewardship. Not as power, but as service. Not as control, but as guardianship.
